Remote backpacking trip in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR).

Venture over and far north of the Arctic Circle to the magnificent Brooks Range of northern Alaska. Under the non-stop glow of the circling sun, we will trek into the spectacular, but imperiled Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The soft orange/pink light of the midnight sun is truly sublime and perfect for photography. We will camp below rugged mountains and hike along pristine mountain streams. This timeless mountain wilderness of the Arctic is profoundly moving and must be experienced to be believed.
